This Mini Work-through course is designed to assist you and give you the tools you need to support you in taking the first step to reclaim back your time. Time is one of the MOST precious assets we have here during this lifetime…
…When you carelessly give your “Pearl” (attention) to the “Swine” (distractions), you can end up one day during a mid-life crisis wondering what have you done with yourself.
I want to save you from the depression that comes with this mental conversation.
Outcomes:
- Outcome 1: To bring conscious awareness to the distractions that are draining your life force. You will gain a deep understanding of how distractions, both external and internal, clutters your mind and prevents them you focusing on what truly matters. By the end of the course, you will have a clear process to identify and eliminate unnecessary distractions from you life, leaving you with more mental space to focus on important tasks and long-term goals. This clarity will enable you to approach each day with intention and purpose.
- Outcome 2: To began the categorizing and subtraction process that will allow you to eliminate what doesn’t serve you at this time in your life. You will learn practical, actionable techniques for setting boundaries, creating focus-friendly environments, and managing your time effectively. I give you strategies to gradually reduce the distractions in your personal and professional life, giving you the tools to maintain focus in the long run. These tools can be immediately implemented, allowing you to see results even as you progress through the course.
- Outcome 3: To create a maintenance system that will support your newly found habits and time management. Beyond just focusing better, you will come away with a stronger sense of purpose and fulfillment.
